ORDER CUT-OFF TIME AND TIME ZONE

Our order cut-off time is 8:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time, Chicago).

ORDER HANDLING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

ORDER TRANSIT TIME

After processing, orders are estimated to arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.

TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The total estimated delivery time is approximately 8–13 business days from the date the order is placed, depending on the order processing time and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

DELIVERY TERMS

We use trusted international couriers and postal services to deliver products, depending on the destination.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@hypedeffect.com.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive a parcel that appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If possible, please document the damage with photographs and retain the original packaging for reference.

If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact our customer service team.
